Serve as written for an entrée size, but for a fun party food, cut the meat into smaller pieces and thread on short skewers. The soy sauce makes the meat salty; if you don’t have a low-sodium version, use ⅓ cup soy sauce and dilute with up to ½ cup water.

Method

Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and curry powder in a large zip-top plastic storage bag.

Cut beef into thin strips, against the grain. Add beef to marinade, tossing to coat. Seal and chill for 1 hour to marinate.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread meat on skewers. Grill 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, or until done. Serve with Coconut-Peanut Sauce. Garnish, if de
