Chocolate Honey Ganache Tart

Rich and delicious, this pie makes a beautiful dessert. Make the pie a day ahead, but save the topping for just before serving. If using a 10-inch tart pan, make sure the sides are at least 1 inch high. The chocolate filling goes right to the top. If using a smaller dish, don’t overfill—you may have about ¼ cup excess liquid. Raspberry Honey Sauce is perfect to serve with this tart because the berries help offset the rich chocolate and cream.
