I have never been able to get an accurate count of how many little doughnuts this recipe makes because so many are “tested” before being served! There is also a tendency for the first ones to be pretty and round, while the ones made toward the end are awkward and a little large. No worries—this recipe is a guaranteed winner. You can also serve them simply dusted with powdered sugar, or dip them in warm chocolate sauce.
