Ox cheeks with quince & bay leaf

Quince is the most fragrant, flavourful of fruit. We are so mad for it that when the season starts, you can have a three-course meal at Honey & Co with quince in every course and accompany it with quince and cinnamon iced tea. We have roasted, poached, braised, jammed and stuffed it, and still get excited about finding new ways with it. The greatest joy, however, is burying your face in a bowl of heavy, ripe fruit and getting high on the smell.
