Method

To make the gremolata

Bring a pan of water to the boil, drop in the sea vegetables, chives, parsley and chervil, and blanch for 30 seconds. Drain and refresh in iced water, squeeze out as much moisture as possible and place in a food processor together with all the remaining ingredients and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse in the
