For the Filling

  • 275 g smoked salmon, very finely chopped
  • 150 g goats’ cheese, cut into small dice


To make the filling

Mix the smoked salmon, goats’ cheese, cream, lime juice and chives together in a bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and set aside.

Lay out a large piece of cling film on your work surface, pipe the smoked salmon mixture along the centre and roll up to form a long tight saus
