For the Paprika Butter

  • 200 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp super fine capers

Method

To make the paprika butter

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Form into a sausage shape and wrap tightly in cling film. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

To cook the slip sole

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas
