  • 250 g (9 oz) crème fraîche, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh hors

Method

  1. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve with Gin-cured ocean trout.
