Mulled wine

This is my take on mulled wine - the warm and fuzzy drink popular in the northern hemisphere at Christmas. There’s nothing better than lighting the fire, popping on a Christmas movie and warming yourself up with a mulled wine (or two). The awesome thing about this drink is its versatility: try it with white wine instead of red if you like, experiment with your own combination of spices and herbs, or sweeten it further by adding a touch of honey. On hot days it can even be served cold over i
