This side dish is so delicious it could be a main event on its own! Crispy Turkish bread is the secret, and all of the other ingredients help to pack loads of flavour, too. This goes with anything really, but I have paired it with the Whole baked snapper w/ chilli, lime, lemongrass + coriander.

Ingredients

  • 150 g ( oz) Turkish bread
  • 3 bunches broccolini

Method

  1. Tear the bread into bite-sized chunks and leave them to dry out.
  2. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and blanch the broccolini for 2 minutes. Drain, refresh the broccolini in cold water and then drain again.
  3. Heat half the oil and half the anchovies in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Use a microplane to finely grate the garlic c
