Moscato + raspberry jelly

A real showstopper and so easy to whip up. Now Uncle Matty won’t be the only wobbly one at the table! You can serve the jelly in individual moulds or glasses, but I love the drama of a large one. Set it in a beautiful dish and pair it with fruit, cream or ice cream - or all of them - for pure indulgence. I’d probably serve the kids something else, though, as it’s quite potent.
