Ingredients

  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 Vacherin Mont d’Or, camembert or similar
  • 4 small rosemary sprigs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wrap the whole garlic bulb in a piece of aluminum foil and place on the oven rack. Roast for 30–45
