  1. Before you go to bed, freeze 80 g (2¾ oz) of the raspberries, 100 g (3½ oz) strawberries, 50 g (1¾ oz) blueberries, 100 g (3½ oz) cherries and the chopped banana.
  2. The next morning, put the frozen fruit into a blender and blend to a thick and smooth frozen smoothie.
