- 25 g/1 oz butter
- 2 onions, chopped
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until softened. Add the chillies and spices and cook over a low heat for a few minutes.
- Add the broccoli and red pepper, cook until crisp-tender, then add the mashed potatoes, coriander, yogurt, lime, salt and cayenne.
