  • 250 ml/8 fl oz stock from the vegetable stew
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste)


  1. Combine the stock with the hot seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil and cumin. Bring to the boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the coriander or parsley.
