Name: Harissa Sauce
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon (or to taste) hot chilli seasoning such as hot pepper flakes, tinned harissa, hot garlic-chilli paste, etc.; 250 ml/8 fl oz stock from the vegetable stew; 1 teaspoon (or to taste) hot chilli seasoning such as hot pepper flakes, tinned harissa, hot garlic-chilli paste, etc.; 1 teaspoon (or to taste) hot chilli seasoning such as hot pepper flakes, tinned harissa, hot garlic-chilli paste, etc.; 250 ml/8 fl oz stock from the vegetable stew; 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (or parsley); 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (or parsley); 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 teaspoon (or to taste) hot chilli seasoning such as hot pepper flakes, tinned harissa, hot garlic-chilli paste, etc.; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Combine the stock with the hot seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil and cumin. Bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat and add the coriander or parsley.
