Ingredients

  • Masses of parsley
  • 2 sweet red peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 2 or 3 carrots, cut into sticks
  • ½ <

Method

  1. Arrange the parsley in a basket, then artfully place the other vegetables over it, using the parsley as a bed of colour and a base. The aim is a still-life of cut vegetables - lush and abundant. Amounts and types of vegetables can be varied as desired.
  2. Serve with the peanut sauce.
