Scrambled eggs become a spicy treat when prepared in the manner of India’s Parsi community. The Parsis fled Persia 1,200 years ago to escape religious persecution and have retained much of their heritage through religion and culinary tradition. Theirs is a rich cuisine that includes a large array of brightly spiced egg dishes.
