Method of Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Weigh out apples and slice each into equal-size pieces (about 16 slices for large apples).
  3. Add granulated sugar, if used, to apple slices and gently combine.
  4. Lay apple slices into half sheet pan in a single layer.
  5. Top with an even layer of streusel topping.
