Beurre au Currie


  • ¼ pound clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


    To melted butter add curry powder and cook 3 minutes to release curry flavor. Stir in sherry and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with seafoods and poultry.
