Prepare the basic soufflé recipe to step 3. When ready to continue, mince the caps of raw mushrooms to make 1 cup. Finish the soufflé. Add the mushrooms to ⅓ the soufflé mixture.
Put between 2 layers of plain soufflé and bake.
