Put fish in a flat glass dish, just large enough to hold the steaks. Put remainder of ingredients over fish. Marinate about 1 hour. Turn and baste often.
When ready to cook, place steaks in hot greased hinged wire grill, or on preheated greased broiler. Grill about 5 minutes per side, or broil a total of about 8 minutes. Baste with marinade as they cook. It is not necessary to turn the steaks being broiled.
