  • Pâte à Génoise au Beurre recipe
  • 2 quarts fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar

Method

  1. Make Génoise batter, and bake it in a 9-inch-round or 8-inch-square cake pan. When done, remove from pan, cool, and refrigerate until ready to
