  1. Put flour into mixer bowl. Make a hole in the middle. Put crumbled yeast into the hole. Add water. Stir yeast and water together to dissolve yeast. Don’t worry if some flour mixes into it. When yeast is dissolved, add salt, sugar, and yolks. Beat together in mixer on low speed while adding milk. Mixture should be like a thick custard. Beat for about 5 minutes.
