  • 6 medium-sized potatoes
  • Salted water
  • Oil for French-frying
  • Fine, dry bread crumbs

Method

  1. Peel potatoes. Put whole potatoes into cold, salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until done. Do not overcook. Potatoes must be firm, yet done. Have the oil heated to 330 degrees and ready to use.
