  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put the flours into a large mixer bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour. Add the salt, sugar, milk, and dissolved yeast. Mix into a dough. Add the nuts and ¼-pound butter. If dough seems too stiff, add a bit of warm water.
