Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
Method
Put flour and salt into mixer bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs and whites. Turn on mixer and gradually add water to make a smooth dough.
Knead a few minutes. Cover with transparent wrap and let dough rest for about 2 hours. Be sure dough is covered so that it will not dry out.
