  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Put flour and salt into mixer bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs and whites. Turn on mixer and gradually add water to make a smooth dough.
  2. Knead a few minutes. Cover with transparent wrap and let dough rest for about 2 hours. Be sure dough is covered so that it will not dry out.
