Fraises au Grand Marnier

Strawberries with Grand Marnier


  • 6 large strawberries per person
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier per person


  1. Wash berries and remove stems. Slice berries into ⅛-inch slices. Place the perfect center slices in a petal design around the edge of a bread-and-butter-sized plate. Arrange the end slices from the berries in the center. Cover with transparent wrap and refrigerate.
  2. When ready to serve, sprinkle with sugar and spoon Grand Marnier over each serving. Serve with cake.
