Ingredients

Herbed Dressing

  • ½ clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Mash garlic in salad bowl. Add balance of ingredients, down to the lettuce. Mix well. Let it age for several hours.
  2. Put lettuce leaves on salad plates. Add about 3 stalks of asparagus and spoon dressing over the salad. Serve.
