  • 4 cups regular coffee
  • 4 cups Italian espresso
  • 20 Italian co

Method

  1. Put coffees into Italian diablo coffee maker (see note below), or into an enameled saucepan. Add beans, berries, cinnamon, cloves, and 1 cup of sugar. Peel fruits in one continuous spiral piece. Add these to the pan. Add salt and let simmer uncovered for about 1 hour. The liqu
