Method

Langue de chat are the sort of biscuits that are wonderful with any pudding you eat with a small spoon. You take 60g each of butter and vanilla sugar or caster sugar and cream them until light and fluffy. To cream, simply put the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until soft and pale. (It helps if you beat the butter first, till it’s really soft, and then beat in the sugar
