I reckon on allowing each person a couple of noisettes, and further provide enough for half those present to have another one each. It’s hard to say how big the noisettes will be as it depends on the time of year; you can always specify, though, the width you want the noisette cut. If you’ve bought them ready prepared and they’re thinner than I’ve suggested, then remember to cut cooking time accordingly.
