  • 4–5 duck breastsmagrets – approx. 200 g each

Method

Preheat the oven to gas mark 8/220°C.

Slash the skin of the magrets diagonally, about 4 times on each, then sprinkle with soy sauce and rub this over the skin with your hand. Arrange on a rack over a baking tray, skin side up. Cook for about 20 minutes, though do look after 15
