When I was working on this recipe, my goal was to make something that tasted like a very upscale Cheez-It. I have to say, I’m pretty happy with the results.

These biscuits are amazing for breakfast with Vanilla Apple Butter or just on their own. They’re also great as mini biscuits served with beer, wine, or cocktails to kick off a party. To do so, either use a smaller scoop or flatten the dough to a ¾-in/2-cm thickness and cut with a small biscuit
