This crisp can be completely assembled the day before and thrown right into the oven the next morning. I love recipes like this, especially when you’re trying to prepare a big brunch in 2 hours. Please only make this at the peak of summer, when the nectarines are ripe and soft and the blueberries are full of flavor. Also, don’t let the crumble completely blanket the fruit.
