Butter and Herb Potatoes

We are blessed to be just a few blocks from the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. Every week we get the most wonderful potatoes from Weiser Farms, which may very well be the best potatoes in the world. The quality of your potatoes does really make a difference, so try to get your hands on the best you can find. If you can’t find fingerlings, you can use Yukon golds, Red Bliss, or White Rose. Anything but russets, as the texture just doesn’t work.
