Shake all non-alcoholic ingredients together except tomato juice. This is your seasoning mix. Pour half into one enormous jug with half the tomato juice and ice cubes. Add sherry and vodka to the other half, pour into another slightly more enormous jug with the rest of the tomato juice and ice cubes. Put a stick of celery in each of 12 long tumblers. Stir jugs well before pouring.
