This is a recipe that my friend Murni gave me when I visited her in Ubud. She says it is pronounced toom. It is very similar to what in Java is called pais or pepes, which consists of meat or fish or vegetables, chopped up and cooked with a mixture of spices, all wrapped in banana leaves.
