Chicken in White Coconut-Milk Sauce

You will find this recipe all over Java. In Yogyakarta, it is the chicken traditionally served with gudeg. The sauce is white, because it does not use any chillies or turmeric, as do the sauces of many Indonesian dishes cooked in coconut milk. One thing it should contain is belimbing wuluh, but this particular belimbing is getting more difficult to find, even in many parts of Indonesia, and as far as I know is never avail
