This is more often called es cendol, because it is an iced drink enjoyed by children. Many tourists now seem to be attracted by it, and I have seen cendol being sold in a Food Court in Sydney, at stalls that do Indonesian and Malaysian food. Australians who have been to Bali often mention cendol to me as one of the drinks they rather enjoyed. So I must include the recipe here, even if it is only to satisfy your curiosity.
