  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 2 cups santen
  • 1 tsp

Method

Soak the rice in cold water for 1 hour. Wash and drain it, and put it in a saucepan with the 2 cups of santen and all the other ingredients. Boil until all the santen has been soaked up by the rice.
