  • 12 large crab claws, boiled
  • 4 tbs vegetable oil
  • 8 red chillis</


Assuming you have bought your crab claws already cleaned and boiled, all you need to do now is to fry them in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain, and keep them warm, wrapped in absorbent paper.

Seed the chillis and slice them finely, or crush them roughly in a cobek or mortar. Peel and slice the onions and garlic finely. Fry the onions and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring continuously,
