This dish needs to be marinated in tamarind water and spices for a good 2 hours before cooking.


  • 750 g ( lb) Squid
  • 4 tbs tamarind water


Clean the squid and cut off the tentacles and the head. Throw away the head and the ink sac. Slice the body into thin rings, and cut the tentacles into pieces about 2.5 cm (1″) long.
