  • 1 duck, cut up into serving pieces
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbs <

Method

Put the vinegar into a saucepan, pour in about 4 cups of water, and soak the pieces of duck in this for about 4 minutes. Wash them afterwards in cold water.

Pound the tauco until it becomes a smooth paste, or else put it in a liquidizer for a few seconds. Seed the chillis and slice them finely.
