Japanese-Style soy sauce eggs are delicious served with a big bowl of ramen. But I also love them as a snack or with rice. If you’re making Japanese-Style Braised Pork Belly you can use the braising liquid to fully submerge the eggs (about 1½ to 2 cups). If not, I provide a marinade for you.
