Quick and easy, this dish takes just 30 minutes from start to finish. Plus, it’s vegan and gluten-free! The key is to cook the potatoes first and cut the cauliflower into large florets (larger than the potatoes) so they cook at the same rate.



  • 2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
