You can usually find wheat noodles labeled “lo mein” at the grocery store. If you can’t find them, my recipe tester Kay has a brilliant idea: look for Asian wheat or egg noodles that have a similar cook time of 5 to 6 minutes. Or use linguine and cook for 8 minutes on HIGH.

  1. Mix the chicken with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
  2. Select SAUTÉ and set to MEDIUM/NORMAL. Add the oil. When the pot is hot, add the garlic, ginger and onion and stir and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the chicken and stir and cook until seared on all sides, 3
