You can usually find wheat noodles labeled “lo mein” at the grocery store. If you can’t find them, my recipe tester Kay has a brilliant idea: look for Asian wheat or egg noodles that have a similar cook time of 5 to 6 minutes. Or use linguine and cook for 8 minutes on HIGH.
