Pancit Canton is a Filipino noodle dish made with Chinese wheat noodles usually seasoned with toyomansi, a Filipino soy sauce flavored with Asian limes called calamansi. I just use a combo of soy sauce and lemon/lime juice. If you can find calamansi at the Asian market, either fresh or frozen in little packets, use it! It’s what makes this dish special.
