When I lived in Northern California, I heard rumors about the famous recipes prepared in the secret kitchen of the An family’s Vietnamese restaurant, Thanh Long. One of these famed recipes was garlic butter noodles, often served with their also legendary roasted garlic crab. The flavor profile was very Vietnamese and tasted great. It is a pretty simple dish when you get done, and will need some other wow factors on the plate. I found that the 6 minutes for spaghetti was not enough so I will increase it to 8 the next time I make this. It is nice to have it all in one container, so cleanup was super easy.
