Over the years, I’ve tried making honey garlic pork chops at home with varying success. This satisfying Instant Pot® version is now a go-to weeknight meal when I’m in a hurry to put dinner on the table.
Ingredients
Four (1-inch-thick/2.5-cm) boneless pork loin chops (preferably with some marbling, about 1½ pounds/720 g)
Make the sauce. Whisk together the stock, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl.
Pat the pork chops very dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Dredge in the cornstarch, making sure to cover the edges, and shake any excess off. Discard the remaining cornstarch.
