Making sweet and sour pork at home is easy. The original deep-fried version, though tasty, is messy and time-consuming. This Instant Pot® version is healthier and quicker to cook. The end result will not be as crispy as the deep-fried version, but it’s still delicious! Use chicken if you prefer.
